Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of Ninewin and form an agreement between the player and the operator. Registration and continued use of the platform constitute acceptance of every section below. The bonus chapters reproduce the operative rules from the official Information About Bonuses document; where this page summarises, the full legal text in the corresponding site sections prevails.

1. General provisions

1.1. Ninewin provides online casino, live casino, sportsbook and esports services to players in jurisdictions where such play is permitted. It is the player’s responsibility to confirm the rules that apply in their country of residence.

1.2. The services are available exclusively to persons aged 18 or over. Age is verified during the KYC procedure, and accounts of underage players are closed with stakes returned and winnings voided.

1.3. The operator may update these terms to reflect legal, regulatory or product changes. Material updates are announced on the site, and continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account rules

2.1. Each player may register and use one account. Additional accounts within the same household or IP address may be closed, with bonus winnings voided.

2.2. Account details must be accurate, kept up to date and match the identity documents provided during verification. A mismatch between profile and documents is grounds to pause withdrawals until resolved.

2.3. Credentials are personal and must not be shared. Activity conducted under your login is treated as yours. Ninewin never asks for your password by email; such requests should be treated as phishing and reported.

2.4. Lost access is restored through password recovery or, where the account is locked, through the 24/7 support after identity confirmation. Opening a new account instead is a breach of clause 2.1.

3. Bonuses: general rules

3.1. Promotions are available to eligible players and may be amended or withdrawn by the operator at any time. The conditions shown on a promotion card at the moment of activation apply to that bonus. The current list of active offers is always available on the promotions page.

3.2. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus and must be met before the funds can be withdrawn. For exact multipliers per offer, see the Bonuses section of the site.

3.3. A maximum stake applies while a bonus is active; the amount is stated in the terms of each offer. Games contribute to wagering at different rates, with slots typically counting in full and table or live games partially or not at all.

3.4. Patterns aimed solely at extracting bonus value, including irregular betting, low-risk bet structures and multi-accounting, are treated as bonus abuse and can lead to cancellation of bonuses and related winnings.

3.5. Expired bonuses are removed together with winnings derived from them.

4. Casino Welcome Package

4.1. The Welcome Package is available exclusively to new players and covers the first deposits made after registration: 100% up to €500 plus 150 Free Spins on the first deposit, 55% up to €500 plus 100 Free Spins on the second, and 100% up to €500 on the third. The minimum qualifying deposit is €15.

4.2. The wagering requirement for Welcome Package bonuses is 35x on bonus funds and Free Spin winnings.

4.3. Bonus funds are credited together with the qualifying deposit and tracked in the account’s bonus overview until wagering is complete.

4.8. The maximum win resulting from sign-up Free Spins is 50 EUR or equivalent, unless otherwise specified.

4.9. All bonuses that are part of the Welcome Package are valid for 7 days. All Welcome Package bonuses are credited to the player’s account automatically without any promo codes. If a player uses any promo code for a Welcome Package bonus, they won’t get it.

5. Sportsbook Welcome Package

Eligibility and promotion scope

5.1. This promotion is available exclusively to new players who register an account with Ninewin.

5.2. The welcome package applies only to the first three (3) deposits made by an eligible player.

5.3. The headline sports welcome offer is 100% up to €100, with minimum odds requirements and settlement rules stated on the promotion card. Free-bet campaigns around major football events carry their own terms.

5.4. Casino and sportsbook welcome offers form separate streams; the conditions of each are tracked independently in the account.

6. Other promotions

6.1. The Highroller bonus of 50% up to €500 is activated with the code 50HIGH on deposits of €300 or more, entered in the deposit form before confirming the payment. Codes cannot be applied retroactively.

6.2. The Sunday Reload of 25% up to €100 is activated with the code RELDAY on qualifying Sunday deposits.

6.3. Weekly cashback returns up to 25% of net losses, calculated separately for casino and live casino. The rank-based Cashback Boost adds 1% at Silver, up to 3% at Gold and 5% at Platinum ranks.

6.4. Tournaments, including the daily Rookie Rumble (€2,500), SpinoLeague 2026 (€12,000,000 total pool) and live-casino events (€10,000), run under the rules published on each tournament page. Leaderboard positions are calculated from real money play on eligible titles.

6.5. Wheel prizes and their terms depend on the player’s loyalty rank and are stated at the moment of the spin.

7. Loyalty programme

7.1. Progress is measured in Wagering Points (WP), earned from real money play, and Deposit Points (DP), earned from deposits. The ladder runs through Bronze (5 sub-ranks, from WP 0), Silver (5 sub-ranks, from WP 1,500), Gold (5 sub-ranks, from WP 11,000 and DP 500) to Platinum (WP 800,000 and DP 35,000); the full threshold list is published in the loyalty FAQ.

7.2. Rank benefits include weekly reloads, improved Wheel prizes, the Cashback Boost, Points Rakeback of up to 18%, and, from Gold level, access to the VIP Club with exclusive tournaments, a VIP manager, a dedicated 24/7 support line, increased withdrawal limits and priority in the withdrawal queue.

8. Deposits, withdrawals and verification

8.1. Deposits start from €15 and withdrawals from €50, subject to limits of approximately €1,000 per day, €3,000 per week and €10,000 per month.

8.2. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts, preferably via the method used for depositing. Typical processing after approval: crypto up to 1 hour, e-wallets within 24 hours, cards and bank transfers 1 to 3 business days.

8.3. KYC verification requires a government ID, a recent proof of address (usually not older than three months) and, where applicable, proof of payment method. The AML policy applies to all transactions, and additional documentation may be requested before a payout is processed. How this data is collected and stored is explained in the Privacy Policy.

8.4. The operator does not usually charge internal fees; fees applied by banks, wallets or crypto networks are outside its control. Crypto amounts convert at the rate applied when the transfer confirms.

9. Fair play

9.1. All games run on RNG-certified software from licensed providers, with fairness tested by independent laboratories as described in the Fairness and RNG Testing Methods section.

9.2. Any use of software, exploits or collusion intended to gain an unfair advantage results in account closure and forfeiture of associated winnings.

10. Responsible gaming

10.1. Deposit limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion are available in the account settings and are applied on request through support at any hour. Restrictive changes take effect immediately.

11. Disputes

11.1. Disputes are handled under the Dispute Resolution policy published on the site. The first step is contacting support with the relevant transaction ID or bonus details; unresolved cases can be escalated on request through the contacts page.

11.2. Chat transcripts and transaction records are retained and can be used by both sides in reviewing a case.
